Our Projects About The Celts
Our trip to Ballybane Library
In December, our class went to the Ballybane library. We walked there. When we reached the library, we saw lots of books and colouring pages. First I was reading a small book. After five minutes, I started colouring with my friends. Later we went to a small book corner and we sat on some chairs. There was a group of parents over there. First we did a small warm-up exercise. The parents group gave us a talk about being yourself. They did some shows. The first one was the flag dance. They also sang some songs like let it snow. We also learned sign language. There was a man named John who told us about his life as a traveller. He also told us about what his mom used to do. His mom made flowers with paper and sold them. So he showed us how to make the flowers and gave one each to everyone.
At the end we all got crisps and sweets. It was so much fun

Our Christmas Concert
Here we are performing at our Christmas Concert. We sang 3 songs - Count on Me (Bruno Mars), Somewhere only we Know (Lily Allen) and Snow is Falling (Shakin Stevens). We practised for 2 weeks and we were very happy with our performance.
