Art
Look at the Sunflowers painting by Vincent Van Gough on google images. Design & create your own version of the painting. Feel free to use your imagination and to make it your own! After you use a pencil to draw it you could use; Paint, Colouring pencils, Crayons or whatever you have at home.
Religion
Following on from creating your own May altar, pray a decade of the rosary. Also using pipe cleaners/beads/daisies, you can make rosary beads for your May altar or for yourself.
SPHE
You could create a gratitude diary –You are going to right down 3 things you are grateful for/3 happy thoughts you are feeling on that day. E.g. Monday – I am grateful for my family, I am happy because the weather is nice….
Rock Art/Positivity Stones: Collect large stones in your area. Paint them bright colours and write a message of positivity on them. For example; “Keep Smiling” or “Sending Hugs”. Leave them around your local area where they will be easily visible to others.

Getting at least 60 minutes of physical exercise is SO important EVERY day for both your physical health and your mental health. It’s easier if it’s something you enjoy such as

  • Throw a ball against a wall and catch
  • Create your own obstacle course
